  • Who the heck is Jim?

Jim and his family have been handcrafting premium jerky and biltong in Toowoomba for seventeen years.

The hat is real - a legacy of Jim's many years spent as a grazier in the northern Darling Downs.

  • THE BEEF

We only use premium Australian beef sourced from passionate local farmers. We spice it, dry it, slice it and package it up for your delightation.

Minimal processing to honour the finest raw ingredients.

  • Regional and proud

Australia, our gift packs are coming to you direct from Toowoomba, the regional epicentre of food innovation (don't argue, Victoria).

We know we're a bit agricultural but we're bloody proud of our delicious products. We think you'll love them too!

  • MADE FROM REAL MEAT

    And not much else....

Our delicious snacks are high in protein, low in fat and SUPER low in sugar compared to most commercially made jerkies.

  • Jerky is for everyone

We do have a story about making a grown truckie cry when he found out about our bulk packs, perfect for the long and lonely roads.

But you don't need to own a B-Double to love a tasty, guilt free snack that feels like you've actually eaten something. Jerky is great for kids, mums on the go, health nuts and of course for dad to enjoy with his beer.

  • F*ING GOOD GROG, F*ING GOOD PEOPLE

Our friends at Riversands produce award winning wine, port and sparkling on the idyllic banks of the Balonne River, in St George, 513km west of Brisbane.

Their cellar door and cafe have become a popular tourist destination, hosting over 8,000 visitors in 2020.
